SHIPPING AND POSTAGE

SHIPPING AND COURIER COMPANY
BlueyJoyce offers domestic and international delivery services. Default courier service for local orders is Pos Laju Malaysia. A signature will be required for proof of receipt. If it is not possible for the postman to deliver the goods, the postman will leave delivery note or instructions of how to pick up your package from the nearest Post Office, or the purchaser can also make a call to the Post Office to request the postman to resend the package again at your convenience.

Default courier service for international customers is Pos Malaysia Air Parcel operates by Pos Malaysia. Tracking number will be provided and a signature will be required for proof of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL
BlueyJoyce ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped using Pos Malaysia Air Parcel. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-4 weeks and will require signature upon delivery.Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. Prices are charges based on weight as follow:

BlueyJoyce is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during the shipping process once we've passed the package to the Post Office Malaysia. Tracking numbers will be updated on system. Do click HERE to check the parcel status.

All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable When items are reduced in price for promotional or sale periods, the new price will be displayed in red with the previous price shown in red with a strikethrough.

All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and all goods sold are final. It is not refundable or exchangeable.

Order(s) will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 24 hours

The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage and packing (delivery). Delivery charges will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you chose and will be conveyed to you via confirmation email.

The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product detail but we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appears on the site as accurately as possible. Please note that the product colours you see will depend on your monitor's ability to read these colours. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's evaluation of product colour will accurately reflect the product upon delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
We apologise if we accidentally sent you the incorrect or defective item/s. Kindly email us at info@blueyjoyce.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

BlueyJoyce will reimburse Pos Laju postage for incorrect or incorrect item/s sent to you. Please take note that we do not offer cash refund, we will issue a store credit in which you may utilise it on your next purchase.

RETURNS
BlueyJoyce provides returns for all items, excepts for Solidea products, swimwear, sale items and accessories. Item/s must be returned back to BlueyJoyce within 2 days after parcel is reached to customer. Any delay will not be entertained.

Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.

Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

BlueyJoyce will issue store credit for all returns. A processing fee of RM 10.00 will be charged for each return item. For example, if the returned item costs RM75, you will receive a store credit of RM65. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Futhermore, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.

BlueyJoyce will get back to you once a return item is received and we will add the provide the store credit accordingly. Furthermore,

EXCHANGE
BlueyJoyce do not provide exchange services. If you would like to change to another item, do utilise the store credit on your next purchase.
